Job Title: Business Development Manager

Cpl Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue and further business growth through identifying and generating new business relationships, as well as managing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to update on sales forecasting, new business wins, and any potential challenges encountered.
  • Attend relevant conferences and exhibitions to further drive business growth and customer relationships.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of B2B Technical Sales or Business Development experience.
  • Experience of working on an international level – any experience of working with the US market is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – additional European languages will also be advantageous.
  • A University degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant Scientific/Life Sciences subject.
