About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Jointing Tech Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers in the South Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Work closely with regional teams to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities
  • Establish and maintain effective supply chain routes and services to meet customer needs
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify areas for incremental sales growth
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience within a similar industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong enthusiasm and drive to identify new opportunities and maximize growth
  • Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform business decisions
