Business Development Executive

As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
You will visit clients to build positive relationships and identify upcoming projects and hires.
Negotiate contracts and labour pricing, serve as the single point of contact for the client, and manage site personnel on a daily basis.
Organise accommodation, travel, and logistics for site-based personnel, deal with issues on site and with personnel, deliver temporary personnel, advertise vacancies, review applications, manage interviews, and create candidate shortlists.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments to ensure competency.
