Rail Operations Integration Specialist

Matchtech is seeking an experienced Rail Operations Integration Specialist to join their team in London.
About the RoleThis contract position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in major rail stations programs and a deep understanding of station operations and integration.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Expertise: The successful candidate will act as the subject matter expert on station operations, guiding project teams and contractors in defining operational concepts and station integration strategies.
- Alignment Across Stations: They will ensure that operational processes are consistent across all four stations and aligned with contractors for Station Building Systems.
- Operational Process Development: Collaboration with the Main Works Sub-Contractors (MWSC) and Operations team is essential in creating requirements and processes to guide subcontractor designs.
- Coordination: Effective management of interface coordination activities with the Network Integrated Control Centre (NICC) and other station operations is crucial.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Strong skills in managing workshops, representing end-user perspectives, and coordinating with various contractors and operational teams are required.
- Travel: The role is based in London, with occasional travel to HS2 offices and project sites.
