Job Description

We are looking for a Client Relationship Director to join our team in Mitcham, United Kingdom.

This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure their needs are met.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role, strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. They should also be able to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

A competitive salary with commission and bonus potential is on offer, along with pension scheme and health benefits. Training and professional development opportunities are also available.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

The Client Relationship Director will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Preparing and delivering tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.

The successful candidate will have a self-motivated approach and be able to work in a flexible environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is essential.
