Clinical Care Specialist for Adults

This role involves providing high-quality care to patients within their own homes as part of our multi-disciplinary team.
As a Registered Nursing Associate, you will work independently under the leadership of registered nurses or other registered professionals, delivering all aspects of the nursing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality clinical care to patients within their own homes
- Undertaking routine care and treatment tasks for patients in our care as directed by the registered nurse within the Community Nursing Team
- Treating patients with healthcare needs, including continence and catheter care, wound care and pack, compression bandaging, medication administration, and venepuncture
Working Arrangements:
- Full-time role, approximately 37.5 hours per week
- Shift patterns may vary, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

- Salary sacrifice car - fully insured and maintained (including tyres), your gross pay is reduced by the cost of the vehicle before tax, NI, and pension deductions are calculated, mileage paid at business rates
