About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional reception and office support to our hospitality team
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and appointments with ease
  • Coordinate events, such as birthdays, anniversaries, and social gatherings
  • Track and manage personal and professional expenses
  • Assist with expense reports and provide administrative support as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Slack, and Webex
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or Office Coordinator, ideally within the hospitality industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
