Job Description: Residential Construction Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Programme Manager to join our team at Watkin Jones.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about programme development and project management.

About the Role
  • Create, maintain, and review comprehensive project programmes and schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee and manage project timelines, ensuring each phase is completed on time and within budget, collaborating closely with site teams, project managers, engineers, architects, and design managers.
  • Develop effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in residential construction programme management, ideally within PBSA, BTR, or similar sectors.
  • Strong understanding of critical path analysis and proficient in ASTA construction project management software.
  • Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
