Are you a driven sales professional looking for a new challenge? Optoma Technology, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of display products, and we're seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to join our team.
About the JobThe Regional Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding our product portfolio, and building strong relationships with customers and partners. You'll be responsible for managing major account partnerships, supporting distribution teams, and developing effective sales strategies.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and develop major account partnerships.
- Grow direct accounts and expand existing ones.
- Support distribution teams and ensure seamless order processing.
- Drive business development through effective sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Work closely with channel marketing to implement sales promotions and activities.
- Establish sales targets and achieve them through accurate forecasting.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in projection solutions.
- Strong relationships with major accounts or similar experience.
- Willingness to travel extensively (50%+).
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in standard corporate software, including MS Office and Salesforce.
Our salary range for this position is $70,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience.
