Learning and Behaviour Mentor Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Behaviour Mentor Assistant to join our team at Academics LTD.
This role is perfect for someone who has experience working with children with SEMH or EBD and wants to further develop their skills in supporting these pupils.
About the Role:- To work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement strategies to support pupils with SEMH or EBD
- To provide one-to-one support to pupils to help them manage their behaviour and improve their academic performance
- To contribute to the development of a positive and supportive classroom environment
- Experience working with children with SEMH or EBD
- Qualifications in teaching or supporting learning
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
