We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Reading. As an Operations and Finance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or call centre role, with a strong understanding of ERP systems. They will be able to communicate effectively with employees, suppliers, customers, and company contacts, both orally and in writing.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days holiday, pension, healthcare, and easy access to public transport routes. The working hours will be 5 days a week in the office, with the possibility of moving to 3 days in the office and 2 days at home after probation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Sales Order Processing: accurately entering and processing sales orders into the ERP system, ensuring all required documentation is properly received, stored, and retained according to company policies.
  • Customer Communication: communicating with customers via phone and email to provide information, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with Business Areas: liaising with internal teams such as the Project Management Team and Warehousing & Finance to ensure smooth coordination of processes and operations.
