Salary
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the IUC team to provide exceptional onboarding administration services. Your key responsibilities will include new starter administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing ad-hoc support to the HR function. As an HR Onboarding Administrator, you will also be responsible for processing pre-employment checks and contracts within relevant deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate records of the HR Information System.
- Ensuring that Practice Plus Group complies with data protection regulations.
- Supporting the HR Operations Manager/Head of HR Operations in administrative tasks.
- Verifying eligibility to work in the United Kingdom (where relevant).
- Gathering references and monitoring occupational health pre-employment screening.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Academic or vocational learning at GCSE level (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in administration, ideally in a resourcing/HR environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
