Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Assistant Patient Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Clinical Administration Team (CAT 11), you will provide specialist admin support to the Respiratory, Cardiology & Stroke teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care.

Main Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, processing clinic letters, and providing administrative support to departments and clinicians. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing data, and communicating effectively with patients and colleagues.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience of working in an administrative environment, preferably within the NHS. You must also be able to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
