Administrative Coordinator

We are currently seeking a proactive and forward-thinking Administrative Coordinator to join our Community Care team based in Reading. This role offers the opportunity to work with a friendly and dedicated team, providing administrative support and contributing to the progress of client files.
Job RequirementsThis position requires 2+ years of experience working within a similar role, with the ability to work unsupervised on administration elements of files. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as good interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure file management, case management, and administration are kept up-to-date
- Assist/provide holiday cover during absences of other fee earners
- Achieve personal targets
- Assist the practice group in achieving targets
- Develop and achieve firm benchmarks for your role
- Instruct agents in accordance with your team's requirements
- Diary management
- Document handling on behalf of fee earners
- Billing management
- Depending on candidates' experience, assist with other ad hoc fee-earning tasks
- Assisting with screening new potential clients
- Estimated salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- 25 days annual leave pro-rated for the part-time role
