Administrative Support Lead

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Administrative Support Lead to join our team in Reading. This role involves providing exceptional administrative support to our Operations Team and working closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of processes and operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing sales orders, communicating with customers, and resolving inquiries. They will also assist with process improvement initiatives and help with day-to-day administrative tasks.
This role requires strong organisational skills, good communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or call centre role, be IT literate, and have experience using ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Order Processing: Accurately enter and process sales orders into the ERP system, ensure all required documentation is properly received and retained, and maintain accurate customer data.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers via phone and email, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as Project Management, Warehousing & Finance, and Business Areas to ensure smooth coordination of processes and operations.
Requirements:
- IT Literacy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Good Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
