About Us
Atlas Copco is a dynamic and thriving business seeking a skilled Pump Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will drive the growth of our submersible pump business in the UK and Irish markets. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute a business plan that yields significant market share gains via direct and indirect channels. This role encompasses all sectors, including construction, mining, quarrying, mineral extraction, and more.

Your Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities and trends.Analyze market data to devise and implement strategic plans for market share growth.Provide application, technical support, and product training to clients.Train internal and external service personnel and sales teams on new products and technologies.Liaise with divisional teams to ensure seamless collaboration on market share, product development, and support.Undertake ad-hoc projects as necessary, including the successful launch of new products.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience in business development or sales is equally valued.Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the pump or related industry.Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable strategies.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering quality results.Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and other O365 applications.
What We Offer:
