We are seeking Support Workers to join our team in Lancaster and surrounding areas. As a Support Worker, you will be working within residential, respire, community, and supported living settings, supporting Adults facing challenges related to living with Autism, Learning and/or Physical Disabilities, Mental Health, and Behavioural difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with daily tasks and activities to promote independence
- Develop and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with service users
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes
- Minimum 12 months experience in Adult or Children's support settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to build rapport and establish strong relationships
- Experience of individual support planning
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Weekly pay with Bank Holiday premiums
- Holiday pay accrued or added to pay rate

£28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
