Job Role: Electronics Assembly Expert

NRL is seeking an experienced Electronics Assembly Expert to join our production team in Stafford. As an Electronics Assembly Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of electronic assemblies manufactured at our facility.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience with electronics assembly and will be able to work efficiently to meet deadlines. A strong understanding of IPC610 standards is also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electronic components according to IPC610 standards.
  • Analyze production/PCB failures to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • HNC or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems.
  • A strong understanding of electronics assembly and IPC610 standards.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of $43,000 - $53,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A 37-hour working week.
