  • Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Develops and implements Behavior Support Plans in conjunction with input from the Program Planning Team.
  • Assesses and maintains behavioral data.
  • Completes and maintains paperwork in an efficient and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Must have a Master's Degree in a clinical or treatment field in Psychology, Social Work, School Psychology, or Applied Psychology as it relates to human development and clinical interventions OR
  • Must have a national Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA) and a Master's degree in behavior analysis or a field closely related to clinical or community psychology that is approved by OPWDD OR
  • Must have a NYS license in Mental Health Counseling.
