German Speaking Account Executive - New Business (Mid-Market)

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven German speaking Account Executive to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and closing new business with mid-market Hootsuite customers within our landmark industries.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mid-market customers, leveraging your expertise in German language and sales skills to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet individual quota targets, working closely with our inbound lead generation teams and prospecting for new leads.
  • Present the value of Hootsuite solutions to senior-level customers, navigating sales cycles from value creation to negotiation and closing.
  • Partner with our pre- and post-sales teams to ensure customer success and long-term value for our customers.
  • Manage and track sales activities and results through Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and 6Sense.
  • Facilitate a smooth customer transition and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Considerable relevant B2B sales experience or lead generation/business development representative experience, with a strong track record of success.
  • Ability to focus on client business value, return on investment, and customer solutions.
  • Experience crafting sales plans for your vertical/territory and building/executing on your account/territory plans.
  • Fluency in German.
  • Consistently achieving results, demonstrating high performance, and challenging self and others to deliver results.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrates a desire to proactively help and serve internal/external customers meet their needs.

Please note that the interview process is conducted in English, with the exception of the final language evaluation, which is conducted in German.
