Strategic Salesforce Product Owner

Inara is seeking an experienced Product Owner with a passion for Salesforce and product strategy to join our dynamic team in the tech industry. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will take ownership of one or more products, drive innovation, and lead the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping product vision and success. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, innovating and optimising our Salesforce ecosystem, and becoming a subject matter expert in how Salesforce solutions are used to support our business area.
Main Responsibilities- Drive Continuous Improvement: Define success metrics, track product performance, and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve product offerings.
- Innovate & Optimise: Analyse business needs and implement tech solutions or improved processes that balance system scalability with specific market or brand requirements.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert: Develop deep knowledge of the business area and the Salesforce ecosystem, identifying opportunities for optimisation and driving strategic initiatives.
- Prioritise Enhancements: Maintain tools like Monday and JIRA, making it easy for development teams and stakeholders to track and execute against product roadmaps.
- SUPPORT PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION: Including testing, training, and handover to support teams.
- Promote System Adoption: Through training sessions, best practices, and engaging content like demos, webinars, and how-to videos.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, adapting to different business models and needs.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
