About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team at Dräger. As a key member of our Service & Repairs team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our repair services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer service orders, including creating and sending acknowledgments, quotations, and invoices.
- Coordinate the physical processing of customer equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide first-line technical advice and support to customers regarding repairs, including communication on receipt, despatch, delays, quotations, and invoicing.
- Monitor and maintain customer details, ensuring up-to-date information is available.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental targets and ensure customer expectations are met.
Additional Responsibilities
- Undertake personal development and training as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Assist with projects and provide administrative support to Repair Centres as needed.
Shared Responsibilities
- Comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and minimize environmental impact.
- Ensure and promote safe working conditions for all employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Embed Dräger's WeLEAD competencies, including building trust, creating value for customers, enabling others, providing direction, embracing diversity, and delivering results.
Requirements
- GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent) in English Language & Mathematics is desirable or proven work experience.
- Proven administration and coordination skills, with experience in customer administration activities.
- Working knowledge of SAP and strong IT skills, including Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
- Ability to prioritize workload and ensure customer expectations are achieved.
