About the Role

As a Service Administrator at Dräger, you will play a vital role in the Service & Repairs team, working closely with our customers to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage service orders within SAP for all incoming customer equipment.
  • Process customer equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Generate and send customer service order acknowledgments, quotations, and invoices.
  • Provide excellent customer communication, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure accurate repair documentation and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor and maintain customer details, ensuring up-to-date information is available.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Undertake ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with projects and tasks as directed by the team lead.
  • Provide administrative support to Repair Centres as required.

Shared Responsibilities

  • Comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and minimize environmental impact.
  • Ensure and promote safe working conditions for all employees, visitors, and contractors.
  • Embed WeLEAD competencies, including building trust, creating value, enabling others, providing direction, embracing diversity, and delivering results.
