Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team at Dräger. As a key member of our Service & Repairs team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our repair centre.
Key Responsibilities- Create and manage service orders within our SAP system
- Process customer equipment and generate service order acknowledgments
- Prepare and supply customer quotations and invoices
- Ensure accuracy of repair documentation and chase outstanding customer orders
- Monitor and maintain customer details and departmental targets
- Provide first-line technical advice and customer communication
- Undertake personal development and training as required
- Assist with projects and provide administrative support to Repair Centres
- Comply with our Integrated Management System and minimize environmental impact
- Ensure safe working conditions and promote occupational health & safety
- Embed our WeLEAD competencies and values
- GCSEs at grade C or above in English Language & Mathematics (or equivalent)
- Proven administration and coordination skills, with experience in customer administration activities
- Working knowledge of SAP and strong IT skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and ensure customer expectations are achieved
