About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team at Dräger. As a key member of our Service & Repairs team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our repair centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage service orders within our SAP system
  • Process customer equipment and generate service order acknowledgments
  • Prepare and supply customer quotations and invoices
  • Ensure accuracy of repair documentation and chase outstanding customer orders
  • Monitor and maintain customer details and departmental targets
  • Provide first-line technical advice and customer communication
Additional Responsibilities
  • Undertake personal development and training as required
  • Assist with projects and provide administrative support to Repair Centres
Shared Responsibilities
  • Comply with our Integrated Management System and minimize environmental impact
  • Ensure safe working conditions and promote occupational health & safety
  • Embed our WeLEAD competencies and values
Requirements
  • GCSEs at grade C or above in English Language & Mathematics (or equivalent)
  • Proven administration and coordination skills, with experience in customer administration activities
  • Working knowledge of SAP and strong IT skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and ensure customer expectations are achieved
