We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Front Desk Support Officer. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, staff, and parents, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the school office, including dealing with inquiries, and distributing correspondence.
  • Providing administrative support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Assisting with pupil first aid and welfare duties, as well as providing refreshments for visitors.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidential information is handled with discretion.
  • Liaising with your line manager regarding work to be undertaken by the office.
  • Contributing to the induction of new office staff members and providing administrative support in organizing safety procedures.
