Job Title: Facilities Management Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at ZipRecruiter. This is a permanent position based in Ealing, West London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for compliance and contract management processes.
- Manage work schedules and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and purchasing procedures.
- Prepare reports and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist with web cycle queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Track overtime and communicate with payroll.
- Support compliance audits to ensure statutory and H&S requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Experience in administration support, preferably in facilities management.
- Knowledge of Maximo is an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and management systems.
