About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our St Austell Daniels Ln Superstore. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have a great shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
