About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our St Austell Daniels Ln Superstore. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have a great shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring high standards of customer service and store appearance.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring our store looks its best at all times.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and driving business growth through effective customer engagement and upselling opportunities.
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
