At Builder, we're on a mission to empower entrepreneurs and businesses to build innovative software solutions. We're looking for an experienced sales leader to join our team as Head of Branded Sales.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for leading and executing sales strategies tailored to the European market. You will establish clear goals, targets, and budgets, and work closely with major enterprise clients and strategic partners to secure significant deals and long-term partnerships.

  • You will lead a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Business Development Executives, and Managers, and provide them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • You will develop and implement sales strategies that scale teams and revenue, strategically allocating resources to achieve the highest ROI across multiple markets and sectors.
  • You will consistently track weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress, and make data-driven decisions to ensure the region consistently meets or exceeds its revenue targets.
