Job Title: Inclusion Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Inclusion Support Worker. This role will involve working with vulnerable children in a pupil referral unit setting, providing support and guidance to help them overcome social difficulties and emotional dysregulation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children with severe emotional dysregulated behavior
  • Develop an understanding of each student's needs and provide tailored support
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other education professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow
Requirements:
  • Level 2 teaching assistant or above, Diploma in Youth work or equivalent, Degree in Education or psychology
  • Experience working with children with social difficulties, emotional dysregulation, and challenging behavior
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
