Join Our Team as an Advanced Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Support Worker to join our team at Millennium Support. As an Advanced Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to empower vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and Autism.

About the Role

As an Advanced Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing sensitive and person-centred support to individuals with complex needs. You will work as part of a team to deliver a person-centred support plan, documenting and maintaining accurate records of support. You will also support individuals to carry out their hobbies and interests in the community, empowering them to gain life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and managing their finances.
