About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at Diageo, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, share, and profit growth within your defined territory. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will be responsible for securing distribution across our premium portfolio and activating our brands across various occasions to achieve a triple win for customers, consumers, and Diageo.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Growth: Develop and execute high-impact activity plans based on in-depth analysis of customer strategies, shopper behavior, and consumer insights to drive sales growth and maximize return on investment.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of activation plans, and resolving customer claims and disputes promptly.
  3. Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills: Ability to compile and analyze data to derive actionable insights and drive business decisions.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to influence multiple levels within the organization.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles, P&L management, and numerical skills to drive business performance.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
