The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing high-performing teams, strong people management skills, and a deep understanding of AML legislation, risk management, and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the New Business Team, responsible for onboarding corporate, funds, and employee benefit structures across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ensure Customer Due Diligence (CDD) deficiencies and risk factors are identified, documented, and aligned with policy, procedure, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex and high-risk onboarding and periodic review cases.
