Interim Finance Director

We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join our client, a highly respected charitable organisation, on a full-time contract basis. The role will be based in Truro, with the option for flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance and development of digital accounting platforms, including Xero, Sage, and bespoke tools.
- Manage and mentor a small team of transactional-focused colleagues.
- Ensure adherence to charity reporting deadlines and procedures.
- Partner with other colleagues and departments to lead and influence best practice.
- Regularly attend strategic and operational meetings to report on financial position.
- Assist with month and year-end procedures, and annual audit.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Cashflow reporting.
