As a Care Assistant at our Rheola Care Home in St Ives Cambridge, you will be part of a compassionate and welcoming team, delivering physical, emotional, and social support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a care environment, either in a care home or as a home care worker, or caring for a loved one. However, if you have a caring and kind approach and the desire to work with older people, you can become part of the Excelcare family.

We offer:

  • A competitive salary of £12.00 - £12.40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Full-time position with flexible shifts from 8am - 8pm/8pm - 8am, Monday - Sunday

Key responsibilities include assisting with mealtimes, personal care, and completing documentation, such as daily record keeping, charts, and care plans. You will also engage in meaningful activities with residents and promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
