Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our compassionate and welcoming team at our Rheola Care Home in St Ives, Cambridge. As a Care Assistant, you will provide physical, emotional, and social support to our residents, making a meaningful difference in their lives.
About the RoleAs a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with mealtimes and personal care for our residents.
- Completing documentation, including daily records and care plans.
- Engaging in activities with residents to promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience in a care environment, preferably in a care home or as a home care worker.
- A caring and kind approach, with a desire to work with older people.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer:
- An estimated salary of £12.00 - £12.40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Full-time position with flexible shifts from 8am - 8pm/8pm - 8am, Monday - Sunday.
- 28 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.
