About the Role:
Nurse Assistant is a vital role at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes, where you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional care to our residents.
As a Nurse Assistant, you will work closely with our Registered Nurses and the wider care team to ensure that our residents receive high-quality, relationship-centred care in a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities of a Nurse Assistant include:
- Delivering personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support, while treating residents with respect and dignity.
- Safely assisting in the administration of medication under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Monitoring residents' health, including taking vital signs, and promptly reporting any changes in their condition.
- Contributing to the development and updating of residents' care plans to ensure personal-centred care is delivered.
- Fostering a positive, compassionate environment for residents and their families, building meaningful connections.
