About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Assistant to join our team at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes. As a Nurse Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their day-to-day care needs, working closely with our Registered Nurses and the wider care team to ensure high-quality, relationship-centred care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support, while treating residents with respect and dignity.
  • Assist in the administration of medication under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Monitor residents' health, including taking vital signs, and promptly report any changes in their condition.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of residents' care plans to ensure personal-centred care is delivered.
  • Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and their families, building meaningful connections.

About You:
