About the Role:

As a Care Assistant at Excelcare Holdings, you will be part of a compassionate and welcoming team providing physical, emotional, and social support to our residents. Your dedication, reliability, and support will make a difference every day.

We are a family-owned Care Home group established for over 34 years, providing the highest standards of care to older people with a range of needs, including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health issues.

As a Care Assistant, you will be assisting with mealtimes, personal care, and completing current and appropriate documentation, including daily record keeping, charts, and care plans. You will be engaging in meaningful activities with our residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
