We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team at Smile Dental Care. As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians and support staff to deliver top-quality dental care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
This role includes a Golden Handshake of £20,000 and offers a supportive and collaborative environment where you can thrive and grow within the Dentistry industry.
How We Can Support You
We can positively contribute to your dental career by providing you with the surgery, equipment, high-quality materials, and a team to help you succeed in the role.
We offer a free CPD package and discounts on courses including Invisalign, Implant, and facial aesthetics. We also offer access to specialist training such as sedation.
Tiptop training on all private courses is available, as well as wellbeing and mental health support. Discounts on postgraduate degrees are also offered.
We provide opportunities to become foundation dentists trainers or VTE/PLVE mentors. Most of our practices are mixed NHS and private, and we are fully computerised with software of excellence.
Communication is key, with direct contact details to the principal dentist without having to go through a multi-layered management team. We offer clinical freedom and believe in the importance of oral hygiene, with in-house hygienists and dental therapists to allow the dentist to concentrate on restorative work.
