As a Caregiving Professional, you will be committed to ongoing development of the ward and multidisciplinary team working, aiming to deliver the highest standards of patient care.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we provide competitive remuneration, including a salary of approximately £20,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • General social interaction with patients, providing emotional support and enhancing their overall well-being
  • Supporting patients with meals, preparation, and service, promoting healthy eating habits and nutrition
  • Assisting patients with personal care, ensuring dignity and respect are maintained at all times
  • Supporting wider team members with domestic and housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Meeting and greeting patients and visitors, providing a warm welcome and professional service

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • GCSE Maths & English or equivalent qualifications
  • NVQ 2 in Health Care or equivalent experience
  • Clinical skills, such as venepuncture, blood transfusion, and aseptic non-touch technique
  • Adaptability to cope with changing workload demands
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in using digital systems and software
