About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Back of House Supervisor to join our award-winning culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising kitchen porters to ensure that all back of house areas are kept clean and tidy and maintain kitchen hygiene standards. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary of £25,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise kitchen porters to ensure all back of house areas are kept clean and tidy
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene standards
  • Complete and archive necessary kitchen paperwork
  • Provide exceptional service to both customers and team members
  • Basic understanding of food hygiene
