About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our award-winning Food and Beverage team in the Road Hole Bar, overlooking the Old Course.

The Road Hole Bar is a whisky enthusiast's paradise, offering over 300 whiskies from Scotland and around the world.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional service to guests and members
  • Anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations
  • Upselling products and offers to increase sales
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Preparing for service, including following good hygiene habits and wearing correct uniform
  • Working closely with supervisors and managers to gain experience and develop skills
  • Familiarizing yourself with menu items and advising guests on food and beverage options
  • Being flexible and assisting in other areas as needed

About You

We're looking for an enthusiastic, well-presented, and confident individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

You'll have experience in a similar setting, preferably in hospitality, and be able to work independently as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of £25,000, plus gratuities and a range of associate benefits.
