About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our award-winning Food and Beverage team in the Road Hole Bar, overlooking the iconic Old Course.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, a flexible approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Duties and Responsibilities
Service:
- Exceed guest expectations through excellent and engaging service.
- Anticipate guest needs and increase sales by upselling products and offers.
- Engage with members, golfers, locals, guests, and co-workers, providing exceptional service to all.
Preparation:
- Follow good hygiene habits and report to work in correct and clean uniform.
- Gain knowledge of all styles and sequences of service, become familiar with food and beverage areas for open and close.
- Work closely with supervisors and managers, gaining experience through training and development.
House Keeping:
- Be efficient and courteous towards all guests and associates.
- Be conversant with the hotel's health and safety procedures, maintenance, systems, and policies.
- Flexible to assist in other areas if required.
About You
You will be an enthusiastic, well-presented, friendly, and confident individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
A flexible approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service are essential for this role.
Salary
This is an exciting permanent full-time opportunity, working 5 days out of 7 on a flexible shift pattern.
A salary of £25,000 is offered, along with gratuities, and a vast range of associate benefits.
