About the Role

Our award-winning Food and Beverage Team has a new opportunity for an experienced Chef de Rang to join them in creating magical memories for our guests.

This is an excellent opportunity based within our Road Hole Restaurant, which is named after the 17th hole of the Old Course. Road Hole is a fine dining restaurant and the beating heart of the hotel.

As a Chef de Rang, you will assist the management team in ensuring that guests are provided with an efficient, courteous, and personalized service at all times.

You will be responsible for setting up, supporting management in training and coaching other team members, and ensuring the department is always ready for service.

About You

You will be a sociable, friendly, and enthusiastic individual who prides themselves on providing excellent customer service.

You'll also have strong attention to detail and communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist our Food and Beverage Management Team in ensuring that all guests are provided with an efficient, courteous, and personalized service.

- Ensure the department is always ready for service.

- Be fully conversant with the menu available to guests.

- Set up event spaces prior to functions.

Salary

This is a permanent opportunity working 40 hours per week over a flexible shift pattern, 5 days out of 7. A competitive salary of £25,000 is offered, along with a vast range of excellent employee benefits.
