About the Role

Our award-winning Food and Beverage team is at the heart of our business, and we are seeking a Casual Bar Associate to join our team in the Road Hole Bar. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a unique and dynamic environment, serving whisky enthusiasts and guests from around the world.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Casual Bar Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Exceeding guest expectations through excellent and engaging service
  • Anticipating guest needs and increasing sales through upselling products and offers
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Following good hygiene habits and reporting to work in correct and clean uniform
  • Working closely with supervisors and managers to gain experience and develop skills

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-presented, and confident individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Previous service experience in hospitality or a similar setting is ideal, but not essential.
