**About the Role**

Our esteemed Food and Beverage team at The Old Course Hotel is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at the renowned Road Hole Bar. This exceptional opportunity offers the chance to work in a world-class setting, serving discerning guests and whisky enthusiasts from around the globe.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional service to guests, exceeding their expectations through engaging and attentive interactions.
* Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, increasing sales through effective upselling and product promotion.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety.
* Work closely with supervisors and managers to gain valuable training and development opportunities.
* Familiarize yourself with our extensive menu and be able to advise guests on food and beverage options.

**Requirements:**

* Enthusiastic, well-presented, and friendly individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to shift patterns.
* Previous bar experience in a hospitality setting is highly desirable.
