Administrative Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Sales Administrator to join our established back office function in Perth. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, while also processing internal paperwork and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Process orders onto Sage with accuracy on a daily basis
- Customer Service: Resolve customer enquiries via email and telephone, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Reporting: Prepare weekly sales reports and management information packs, providing valuable insights to the sales team
- Stock Management: Monitor stock levels to ensure alignment with lead times predicted to customers
- Administration: Generate invoice and PO numbers in collaboration with the accounts department, and manage after-sales administration, including warranty and return queries
Requirements:
- Naturally inquisitive approach with excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
