About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Adarma Security. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping our people strategy and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based HR solutions to drive business performance and improve employee engagement.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders to influence and inform HR decisions.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the capability of managers and employees.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform HR decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies, processes, and tools that support business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees to enhance their HR skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Relevant generalist HR experience gained within a medium to complex organization.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of current HR trends and best practices.
