About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at Arcadis Human Resources Limited. As a key member of our Cost Management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to support programme and project delivery
  • Lead and support the development of commercial plans, including budgeting and cost management
  • Manage supplier and contractor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
  • Administer contracts, including variations, claims, and disputes
  • Participate in procurement processes, including tendering and contract award
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial and contract management, with a strong understanding of contract methodologies
  • Extensive experience in the construction industry, with a focus on major projects and programme management
  • Membership of a relevant professional body, such as RICS or CIPS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
