Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at Arcadis Human Resources Limited. As a key member of our Cost Management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to support programme and project delivery
- Lead and support the development of commercial plans, including budgeting and cost management
- Manage supplier and contractor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
- Administer contracts, including variations, claims, and disputes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure commercial objectives are met
- Proven experience in commercial management, with a strong understanding of contract law and best practices
- Extensive knowledge of Forms of Contract (NEC and/or FIDIC) and major projects environment
- Membership of a professional body, such as RICS or CIPS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
